Dear Anju,

Every single one of us has climbed past some barrier in our lives - whether it is being the first woman at work in your family, choosing to switch careers at a tough stage in life, or balancing work and family every single day of your life.

While we are justifiably proud of our achievements, let's get more women involved too! We need women to become the norm across industries, and not an exception.

Getting together as women in an inspiring, supportive day at #BreakingBarriers is a great way to network and embrace the full power of sisterhood.

#BreakingBarriers is best described as an inspiration and resource hub – that helps you find your own answers.

It includes short talks, panel discussions, group activities that let you make connections and opportunities to network with speakers as well as fellow attendees.

We believe in bringing down walls, not creating them!

Here are just just some of the speakers we are bringing to you this year. (Many of them are joining us in Bangalore, and Mumbai as well as Gurgaon speakers will be announced very shortly too).Every year, as we meet some of the best minds in the industry, what captivates us is also the warmth and genuine interest with which they share their experiences with attendees.
