Bijal Kothari: Bijal is a versatile professional with over 15 years of experience in banking, HR, and education. She has worked with renowned companies including Citibank and Thomson Reuters. In January 2022, she founded Finesco Training Solutions, focusing on rural student employability and empowering women in their careers, promoting mentorship and gender inclusivity.

Rajat Vashishta, Founder Resumod.in & GetsetResumes.com: Since 2011, Rajat has established several innovative resume-writing businesses, earning accolades and media recognition, including mentions in Economic Times, Times of India, and more. Currently, he's focused on developing AI-driven analytical tools to guide job seekers effectively in their career paths.

Aarthi Venkatesh: Aarthi is a Social Media Strategist, a Resume Expert, and a writer at large who helps brands and people communicate effectively. After working on leading brands of the country like OnePlus, ITC, NIVEA, IFB and IBM amongst many at Ogilvy & Schbang, Aarthi is now a full-time freelancer who works independently with various brands, creators and people.

Shyla Krishnamurthy: Shyla, a dedicated Lifepreneur, wears multiple hats including Life Coach, Leadership & Executive Coach, and Women Empowerment Enabler. She's also a trained vocalist and Zumba Instructor. With experience spanning Europe, the US, and India, she offers coaching to individuals, mainly women and children, along with impactful transformational programs for various audiences. Shyla has received the "India Inspirational Women Award" and "Inspiring Lifepreneur of the Year 2020" award.

Preeti Gupta: The seasoned professional boasts 12+ years in Economics education (Grades 9-12) and Business Economics for actuaries. With 12+ years of MS Office training and extensive Actuarial Domain experience, she's a Lean Ace, Green Belt, and IIA-certified specialist. Preeti has earned multiple awards and represented Swiss Re CoE at the 10th Global Conference of Actuaries with a published report.

Yamini Kumar: Yamini enables women returnees through coaching and mentoring, offering soft skills training and expertise in process improvement methodologies with a decade of diverse experience. She excels in communication, strategic thinking, and identifying development needs while staying current with L&D trends. As a mother of two, she enjoys family time, reading, creating content, and engaging with her LinkedIn community. Yamini is a multifaceted professional and a source of inspiration.

The Back to Work Program for Women on a Career Break, offered by the RestartHer Academy, is a four-week virtual course designed exclusively for women seeking to re-enter the workforce after a career break.

The program has 3 modules:

Career Clarity:

In this module, you will delve deeper into your career goals and understand how to remove various career roadblocks.  You will also gain a deeper understanding of your skill sets and the job opportunities available for returnees.  

Career Readiness:

In this module, you will learn how to build your resume and profile to highlight your skills, capabilities and career break in the best light.  You will also learn how to handle virtual interviews and ace the questions after a career break.

Career Restart:

In this module, you will not only learn how to network but also get the opportunity to network with mentors and industry leaders in order to build important connections to restart your career.

All the modules will have assignments that are to be submitted in order to receive the course completion certificate.
