They are currently hiring Customer Service associates (full-time/fixed-term contract) for work-from-office in Pune and Noida. They have opportunities in voice and non-voice profiles.

The job profile involves communicating with customers through different mediums (email/chat/phone) by utilising a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, review policies and communicate effective solutions.



  • Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Must have good comprehension and problem-solving skills.
  • Should be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment.
  • Must be familiar with MS Office and Internet Explorer. Should also have good typing skills.
  • Minimum of 10+2 education qualification is required for this role.
