Women friendly policies

  • Maternity Leave

    PNB MetLife proactively had moved from a 12 week Maternity Leave to 26 weeks leave to help support their women employees in 2016. Additional 1 month leave is also allowed in case of illness or complications (of mother and/or child) arising out of pregnancy. PMLI also provide Adoption Leave of 12 weeks for women. A commissioning mother is also entitled to 12 weeks of leave at PMLI. Apart from this, there are other leaves like Core Leaves, Birthday and Anniversary leaves, Sick Leaves, etc. Targets not assigned to female employees during their maternity break as well.
  • Paternity Leave

    PMLI understands the value of parenthood and supports the male colleague with 5 days of continuous leave for them to spend quality time with their new born baby.
  • Child-care Facilities

    PMLI has discounted tie-ups with various day care centres across major cities in the country to offer women at work peace of mind.
  • Prevention of Sexual harassment Policy

    At PNB MetLife it is a strict ‘NO’ to Sexual Harassment at workplace.
