The Group has set the ambitious goal of becoming a leader in workforce diversity by 2030, integrating a specific index in its steering tools: The Diversity and Inclusion Management Index (DIMI). We’ll assess employees’ perception of inclusion based on 12 quantitative and qualitative indicators, some of which come from the Group’s annual employee engagement survey. The Group also has a goal of 35% women in management teams.

Our current challenge is to help women specialize by taking on jobs that facilitate access to the highest levels of responsibility. We're currently working on bridges between professions and new career pathways to facilitate access to certain positions.” Today, four of the eleven members of the Executive Committee are women. Three members of the Executive Committee are currently working on improving gender parity in sales, industry, and R&D in particular.
