CabDost is the brainchild of Yamuna Sastry who founded the company in 2015 along with Shafeeque Thazetheri. They realised that the proliferation of taxi aggregators brought about a major change in earning levels yet drivers lacked credibility at banks to access a line of credit, self - employed yet no financial dignity. They were still at the mercy of private money lenders and no financial help desk. A thorough market research for 6 months and dialogues with over 3000+ cab drivers later, CabDost was born with the motive to solve this problem. We started to reach out to the drivers community through short radio engagements, Tax-E-Melas assisting with free tax filing and setting up financial help desks at airports. We are proud to share that so far we have helped over 12000 taxi drivers file their returns, making the total tax filed by them around 1 crore and refund received around 3 crores. We are inching towards our mission one return at a time.

We are proud to share that so far we have worked with 25000+ taxi drivers community to file their returns, assisted to solve identity crisis, helped plan their wealth management. We not only have helped claim 3 crores of TDS refunds but also proudly share that 1 crore of taxes has also been contributed through our efforts.
