Innovation:
At Altimetrik, we follow the strategy of “Innovation by All” and “Innovation for Customers”. Innovation by All is practiced and encouraged throughout the year through different programs and reward systems. The focus is to create and nurture a culture of innovation around the entire organization. It is in the fabric of our culture, an everyday habit. It’s something we breathe day in and out.
Our belief is that innovation does not have to be a big idea. It can be a very small detail that could impact productivity, efficiency, and customer experience. To create an environment that promotes innovation, we motivate our talent by organizing forums that help broaden their horizons and gain access to ideas, knowledge, and technology that add to the value to their own resources. Our constant investment pays off through the several avenues we have created to encourage, recognize, and reward the spirit of innovation.
Our innovation platform, called ‘Playground’, can be accessed by all Altimetrians and they can submit their ideas during any time of the year. The shortlisted ideas are supported by mentors. The working proof of concept is developed on another innovation platform called the IDP (Integrated Digital Platform), which has the engineering environment that supports a list of technology stacks needed to develop.
“Innovation for Customers” means every idea is mentored and reviewed in light of the business value and the contribution it is going to make in the lives of our customers (present as well as future).
