  • Daughters of Subex – This is an initiative to encourage young girls to excel in their academics and pursue their dreams. Under this initiative, daughters of Subexians who have secured the highest marks in the 8th, 9th and 10th grades, will be rewarded with a cash prize of INR 10,000, along with plaques and certificates by our Executive team.
  • Subex Maternity Support Program: This program supports women employees as they traverse the maternity continuum.
  • Subexshean: A quarterly recognition on a woman role model
