Role Title - HR Project Intern

No. of Vacancies - 4

Workplace Type - Work from Office

Location of Work - 403, Prem Sadan Building, Rajendra Place, New Delhi (walking distance from Rajendra Place Metro Station)

Position Duration - 2 - 6 months (subject to availability of candidate)

Time Commitment - Full Time

Work Hours - 9 Hours per Day

Stipend - Rs 5000 monthly for first 2 months (Rs. 10,000 for each subsequent month). Stipend is negotiable for the right candidate.

Position Summary (for HR Project Internship)

Amazing opportunity to create and deliver to market new Career and Manpower Development focussed Projects in a hybrid online-offline format. The Internship not only provides an opportunity to work closely with senior professionals but also gives the candidate a platform to showcase his/her creative, management and strategic thinking capabilities.

Key Result Areas

The main responsibilities of the HR Project Intern will be to :

  • Conceptualize new Projects and strategize in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
  • · Design project scope and online service delivery mechanism
  • · Work with the web design and development team to deliver Project as per deadlines
  • · Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of the project
  • · Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents required for the Project
  • · Drive Research and Gather Data relevant for the Project
  • · Reach out to key external stakeholders and help build alliances to ensure project success.
  • · Engage with students, faculty, admin at campuses to understand stakeholder requirements
  • · Engage with HR and Line Managers of corporates clients to ensure project participation
  • · Create and Manage online and offline events (if required)

Strong skills to conceptualise, strategize and develop a project from scratch.

Ability to meet project deadlines

Ability to work independently

Good Written and Verbal Communication skills

Ability to engage and manage relationships

Highly confident with ability to interface with various stakeholders

Proficient in Microsoft Office and e-mail communication

Strong Ability to Research on Web & apply gathered information to achieve project goals.
