Aishwarya Sandeep has her own Consultancy Firm Second Innings, wherein she provides Legal, content  and Human resource Solutions for various companies. 

She was a full fleged practising advocate before marriage. Within 1 year of starting her own practice, she got married and within year and a half of marriage she was blessed with a Son. During this time, like many women even she got confused about her  priority Family or Career ? For her the mid way out of this problem was to start up on her own and that is how Second Innings Consultancy was born. She also started her own Blogs and recently her Blog. She believes we just get one lifetime and it is upon us to maximise this one lifetime.
