I started my career at the age of 18 as a receptionist cum Exec assistant to currently managing a team of 400 people. The 20 year journey hasn't been easy, though I feel every bend was filled with lots of learning. There have been some sacrifices, some difficult decisions and some great achievements. Being a people's manager and striking the right balance with the tasks helped me get closer to my goal. Being awarded for the people manager with the highest Gallup score along with multiple awards including Efficient Leadership and Emerging Leader. Having an eye for detail helps me find the better ways to do the things being done in traditional way. My passion for making things better and love for my job keeps me motivated.
