I am Rakshitha Pavana ,experienced HR professional who has been juggling across the globe and working for different countries.Throughout my profession i have been dealing with different personalities ... working in different organisations.Attention to detail, Knowledge and experience on different technologies, understanding country specific laws, Being adaptable to changes, adhering to different Corporate culture ,Financial management ,Hard work and dedication are some of the skills i have learnt and acquired in my profession. Ebola crisis management was one of my key achievement. My Personal life has always been adventurous and its been continuing so.I have always been patient enough to lead my personal life with my daughter and Husband.Nurturing preterm baby who was kept in NICU for a month was a toughest part of my personal life.Being sympathetic, meeting all daily needs along with full time job has always been challenging which i have been enjoying though .Along with all this daily chores,I am enhancing my career by uplifting my knowledge through CIPD certification which will definitely boost my career profile .Life is never a bed of roses in my case and with my changing personal circumstances I have been meeting all my family demands on my own.Managing personal life and profession has been challenging since few months and I must Pat on my back that i have been successful in this. I would like to make my future strong in such a way that there shouldn't be any necessity to depend on others during my oldage. Every women need to be financially secure and my main responsibility would be to groom my daughter to be strong , independent and financially secured. I would like to continue being a strong HR professional enhancing my skills and working towards meeting business demands in the organisations I work.
