Apart from being direct manager of 9-member team, also leading cross-department agile teams of 60 plus employees spanning across locations. With transition to this new role of People transformation 2 years back, under the Business ops vertical, change management has seen success with clear focus on industry trends. Like continuous adherence to operational metrices, digitalization in possible dimensions, cost consciousness in the projects, alignment to competence priorities – however all through ensuring there is people touch in whatever the unit delivers.
In my previous role, I handled core HR positions as HR Partner, Talent management and Comp & Ben SME with Ericsson as well as companies like IBM, Indiabulls. I am also a certified Talent management expert from XLRI, post completing my masters in HR.
In continuation to my professional responsibilities, am Mentoring 3 professionals from the industry and is an active social contributor with a registered NGO.
