Global Head - Zoho for Startups (Present)

Kuppu has been working with/at Zoho for a little over a decade now. She has envisioned, planned, and launched the Zoho for Startups program.
Within 3 years of launching, this program has reached several states within India, and also to other regions outside of India; impacting positively more than 5000 startups and the count only grows more and more everyday.

She works with the Government of India/several state governments/startup-governing bodies. Kuppu wants to enable the ease of doing business, and how several businesses can grow exponentially by adopting best practices of going online and scaling up.

Her extensive experience as a trainer, has helped in building rapport, establishing communications, setting expectations, contextual representation of the organization she works for.
She has been able to establish, build, and sustain an impressive reputation in the world of startups.


Keynote and Motivational Speaker

Kuppu is a much sought-after speaker, and she loves impacting students. She has delivered several keynotes on topics like Emotional Intelligence, Future of Work, Digital Transformation, Design Thinking, Importance of Networking, etc.
She is also often invited to various schools and colleges as a Chief Guest, as a motivational speaker.
She has also been invited/spoken&presented at several conferences including Canada, NewYork, Dubai, South Africa, etc.

Volunteers and is a Mentor at Project PUTHRI, Team Everest NGO, and Wedu.
