Hema joined Ericsson when there is no SAP CRM Practice in Ericsson India as first employee. She build a 16 member team from scratch , trained and made quality deliveries from offshore to one of the largest Digital Transformation program in North America. Even during high pressure delivery environment, her team got highest rating in Voice Survey and no attrition from the team. Team members are really happy with the support she was providing to the team. She is able to maintain good team spirit and collaboration with positive vibes consistently. She has won 'Top individual contributor' from MANA DU and received various spot recognition in Ericsson.
On top of this, she volunteers for all cultural events those being conducted as part of Ericsson Bangalore cultural events.
