Be it children or women of any age group, she walks a mile with them, shares a piece of her heart and ultimately helps them to achieve high confidence, self-love and self-esteem.

The foundation of Harini Ramarathnam’s career was led 16 years ago in teaching, coaching, mentoring and guiding students. And it has been 5 years since Harini launched Vibha Education Services Corp. wherein she is handling multifarious roles be it managing the business, signing new contracts, life coaching or mentoring.

Harini understands that people want guidance, not rhetoric; they need to know what the plan of action is and how it will be implemented. Keeping their needs in mind she designs modules and guidance materials.

She has always encouraged women to honor their natal charts, feminine energy, and inherent wisdom while keeping it positive, relevant and inspiring.
Parallelly she has worked with numerous parents, children, and women through a number of agencies and organizations. A glimpse of her work includes:

# Conducted workshops for children to help them overcome stress, fear, and anxiety. Provided individual counseling needs included anger management, respect, bullying, grief, transitioning to a new school, friendship, and organization. # Offered teacher training programs, empowered teachers to be in sync with the minds of children, to understand them better and thus communicate effectively
# Empowered women from all walks of life, encouraged them to strive for the desired direction in life and to set and reach attainable personal and professional goals
