and brought up in the city of Varanasi and belonging to humble roots, I feel blessed for every opportunity and the success achieved so far. Being awarded several scholarships and a Gold Medal for my academic performances and achieving a Ph.D. in Population Studies was the beginning of my journey.
Then on wards, joining the Development Sector with leading international NGOs, executing over 50 research studies and monitoring many large scale programmes, have been a fulfilling experience. In last few years, I am enjoying blending the methodical monitoring and evaluation processes, in rolling-out the cutting edge, real time programmes.
I take pride in accomplishing a happy and healthy family life and striking an adequate balance between home and work lives. A wholesome partnership with my husband, love from my daughters and serving my parents to my best, are my most cherished achievement.
I choose to appreciate life and hold the courage to move-on from failure, to create space for better things.
