Profile+ Summary

My journey is relatable to every other next door girl. It started from not knowing my potential and a having no dreams till I was in my 7th standard. Somehow a self doubt and inferiority complex has c ... overed everything that I could say as my personality traits.

It started from there to winning several awards and recognition in Debates and extempore competitions in school and college level. It changed my outlook.

Moving on my own from a city to metro, managing all by myself. Worked with one of the most prestigious bank highly recognized for their HRD- Deutsche Bank. Enjoyed all my milestones and given my 100% to it.
As they say its never the same, there came a phase where personal life changed, commitments increased and I was dignosed with clinical post partum depression. Along with it there were several other medical conditions for which either i was operated or treated. It lasted for 2.5 years where doctors said, I could be suicidal.
It was hard, scary, I use to feel dark everywhere. I use to presipitate suddenly, cry or feel breathless without any reason. Something as simple as door bell or phone ring would scare me for hours. T.V. use to be on mute all the time.

I could successfully come out and challenged myself to face the world ( unknown people) when known people scared me. I threw a challenge to me, I will pursue my second innings in something I have been loving throughout - Public speaking.
I loved creating change in people's lives, so I have rebuild myself doing certifications in soft skills, certification from Dale Carnegie in Training excellence , Certification in Training and HRD from symbiosis. I was fortunate enough to be empaneled with leading training companies of India.
I always wanted to uplift women hence created a social group for women business owners "Rebound Ready". We are 115 + like minded community now.

I don't know the future but one thing is for sure, I will not give up and even not let others give up. I fall but I get up each time.
