Profile+ Summary

Today as i challenge myself to play multiple roles in my career, as an entrepreneur(Founder of Skills Cafe), as an advisor to multiple organizations and as a social impact worker (Founder HopeWorks Fo ... undation) , i realise that my professional experiences over the past 25 years, have nurtured me to be a confident believer in my own capability.
I started my career as a HR coordinator in 1994 in a pharma company called Remed Labs and moved to HPISO in 1995. This transition from Pharma to IT was a huge change and the learnings were immense.
Post the stint at Hewlett packard, i joined Infosys Technologies and learnt and grew in the HR domain for 10 years. Motherhood and its many challenges led me to leave Infosys and pursue the path of a freelance consultant for 2 years. In 2006 joined OnMobile Global as The head of HR.
In 2009, the need to be independent and try my hand at entrepreneurship led me to start Transcendix LLP(Now known as skills cafe) . 11 years as an entrepreneur made me learn, unlearn and relearn many many many times over. The lessons that nurturing and build an organization teaches one is rich and deep.

2019 was a seminal year for me and i completed being a proud and committed working woman for 25 years and it set me thinking on what next? The search led me to the calling of my heart and i began working in a government aided school (the same school in which i studied) and to work with children (girls) who come from under resourced backgrounds.

I set up HopeWorks Foundation and today work in enabling girls to dream a little bigger, to aspire a little more, to push a little harder and scale the peaks that they define as success.

In the meanwhile i also work with Enquero Global as an Advisor CSR, Sustainability and Leadership. I am part of ethics committee in one of India's largest hotels.
