As an Independent HR Consultant, my focus is to partner with Businesses and evolve HR with the changing priorities of the organization. I work with HR departments to build more structure by designing or redesigning policies and processes throughout the Employee Lifecycle. In addition, I introduce and establish HR metrics for organizations to make HR more measurable; train internal HR teams to become more efficient; and work with organizations to achieve their HR goals.

During my 10+ years of corporate stint, my experience has primarily been in setting up and scaling HR departments for Start-Ups and SME's. My last experience was with Time Inc. New York in their HR Operations and Analytics Team. Prior to this, I led HR at Time Inc. India in Bangalore as we grew from 180 to 800+ employees.

Some of the other focus areas have been Process Improvement, Change Management, Stakeholder Interaction and Management, Training/Educating international stakeholders on Indian workforce and practices, and setting up new HR functions. Decision Making, Ownership, Expectation Setting and Influencing Change have been key aspects throughout most of my roles.
