Nidhi is a sound Human Resources professional with over 15 years of diverse experience across the complete value chain of HR including CEOs, IR and Business Partnering roles in multiple industries viz. Consulting, FMCG, and Manufacturing.
Nidhi holds a Masters in Personnel Mgmt and is a rank holder from Symbiosis Institute of Business Mgmt, Pune. She has been recognized with the World Women Leadership Achievement award by World HRD Congress (2016), is one of the ‘Top 25 Young HR Leaders’ of India by People Matters ‘Are You In List’ awards (2013) and has also been adjudged as the‘Young HR professional’ of the year by Asia Pacific HRD Congress (2012).
Currently, she is leading the Corporate HR function at EY India and focusing on people strategy, organization development, performance management, rewards and recognition, employer branding and Diversity and Inclusiveness for all businesses of EY. As an HR leader, she is enabling the organization to win by developing and deploying a business-aligned people strategy, developing new capabilities and shaping organizational culture. Prior to EY, she has worked with Asian Paints India Ltd and Nestle India Ltd.
Nidhi is a certified facilitator using world-class instruments such as MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator), DISC profiling by Thomas International Certification, and many more. She has been extensively involved in feedbacking and coaching high potentials in EY. Her insightful processing of experiential data makes her interventions relevant, meaningful and effective.
She is passionate about life, be it work or family. For her family and work are the two facets of life, without either she feels incomplete.
