Gowri is co-founder and COO at Learning Matters Pvt. Ltd., an ed-tech company in Bangalore. She manages sales, technology, operations and product strategy at Learning Matters. Gowri has 18+ years of experience in designing and managing projects and programmes for e-learning and education companies, both in K-12 and higher education space. She has a Masters degree in Information Technology and a certification in General Management from IIM-K. Gowri’s forte is programme and product design and strategy.  Before co-founding Learning Matters with her friends, she was building and managing large diverse teams and pan-India operations in large corporates. Gowri is seasoned in the end-to-end planning and delivery of high-impact projects with large budgets and complex risks. Having worked at both start-ups and large organizations, she is skilled in establishing processes from the ground-up and developing scaling-up strategies.

Learning Matters creates products and services for schools and colleges. Learning Matters has designed and developed 3 interesting and innovative products: Kengine, StarTeacher and Kengine Konnect - all of which are actively used by students, teachers and young adults.

While Kengine and StarTeacher products are designed for schools, Kengine Konnect has been designed for graduates and young adults. It is a blended learning solution that has 6 programmes focussing on improving communication skills, personal and professional development and career readiness in graduates. All programmes are online and can be completed at one's own pace. The concepts are explained through interesting narration and lively role plays. Quick quizzes help in reinformcement of concepts.
