Ability to lead the day-to-day operations of a premier organization in a multi-location and Global environment 

Provide strategic, proactive guidance, advice and expertise in HR/ER risk management and policy development. Provide advice and coaching to all locations across US India in the areas of employment law. Develop and implement HR initiatives. Includes managing investigation process to reduce the risk of a fraud, workplace violence, workplace harassment and more.

A Certified Six Sigma Green Belt,  Certified Coach. 

Has been a member of the Diversity & Inclusion and is a leading facilitator for several programs
