I am an all rounded human resources professional with strong career imprints from my past organizations like GE, MphasiS, Marico, Barclays and Vodafone. In the past ,I have worked closely with business leaders and managers in lead business partnering roles that involved creating people plans, attracting, growing and developing talent, and other strategic HR priorities.
As a certified SHL assessor, I have taken more than 200 managers through development centers in the past. During my consulting stint with Cerebrus, I led large scale organization effectiveness and change projects for my client organizations. In the past, I was leading the learning and development function for Vodafone Shared Services servicing pan India workforce of more than 8000 employees. While completing my doctoral research around talent management of women in IT sector, I founded the social enterprise, Diversityvision with the aim to advance women into leadership positions within corporations and have been involved in advocacy, research and consulting in this area.
In my current role at TIAA, I am leading the people agenda for few key verticals and leading the Diversity and Inclusion effort for the organization. I am a certified coach and am em-paneled with Cherie Blair Foundation for Women as a mentor for budding women entrepreneurs. I was nominated for the prestigious fellowship by Vital Voices, Washington DC in 2015 and is now a part of a global network of women change makers around the world. I was recognized as top 25 innovators in western India at Innovation India Initiative, 2017 organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry and recognized among top 100 Global Diversity and Inclusion Leaders, by World HRD Congress in 2018. Besides having published in international journals.
I also blog, speak in various corporates, academic conferences, B-Schools and industry forums on contemporary HR practices and the need for gender inclusive leadership in workplaces.
