Dr. Ashita Aggarwal is a professor of marketing and Chaiperson PGMPW at S.P. Jain Institute of Management at Research- one of the top 5 business schools in India. She has worked in the area of Business  & Marketing Strategy at Reliance Communications, Branding and Communications (Education Sector) and has consulted education institutions (schools and higher education institutions) in developing academic curriculum and marketing communication strategy. Dr. Ashita has consulted with organizations across various sectors including FMCG, services, and telecom. She has more than 5 years of industry experience  and more than 14 years of teaching & research experience. Before taking over as the head of PGMPW program, she was the head of marketing department at SPJIMR which is now ranked among the top 3 marketing departments among Indian business schools. 


Dr. Ashita has conducted several training programs for corporate in the area of Branding, Consumer Insight Generation, Sales Promotion and Marketing strategy for organizations including Abbott, Pidilite, Welspun, Tata, Merck, Smollen etc. Her programme on Consumer Insight is one of the most sought after MDP programs. She has conducted training programmes for IAS and IPS officers in the area of Interpersonal skills and Team Building. She has been a key member of Rebranding team at SPJIMR and consultant to many educational institutions for their branding and communications initiatives.


Dr. Ashita Aggarwal is an Economics graduate and MBA (Marketing) gold medalist and done specialized course in Branding at Kellogg School of Management (USA). She has her doctorate (PhD) from Jamia in the area of education marketing and branding. She is passionate about education and how knowledge can be applied across organizations.
