Barsha Ghosh

Barsha Ghosh heads the Credit Life Group Business at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance. In a career spanning two decades, she has great expertise and in-depth knowledge in the areas of Sales and Distribution of Mutual Funds in Asset Management Company (AMC), Business Development & Strategic Alliance, Group Business Sales- Credit Life Insurance, and Business Analytics & Strategy.

 In her current role, she is responsible for achievement of business plan, profitability and customer engagement and heads a fairly large team spread across the country. She manages business partner relationship and engagement for Group Credit Life and end to end deployment. What excites her the most about her role at ABC is the constant opportunity it throws in the form of dynamic challenges which are required to create positive outcome which pushes the mind to think ahead and consistently raise the bar. Barsha believes in performance with purpose - It is essential to focus not just on the short term but also on the long term, to deliver results that are sustainable. Being a driver of a positive change, no matter how small is crucial in enabling long term impact & benefit for the organisation.
