About the Role

We’re looking for an intern who can help implement a Health and Wellness Programme at Dr. Reddy’s at its Hyderabad based locations.   The position is a great opportunity to help improve our employees’ value proposition.

What You’ll Do

- You will help design and implement a health and wellness campaign across Dr. Reddy’s business units in line with a wellness strategy

- You will collaborate with internal and external partners to conduct wellness events (talks/competitions/workshops)

- You will be required to manage vendors and partner with them to execute the campaign

- You will assist with ongoing communication of our health and wellness offerings to our employees in an innovative and creative way  

- You will establish interest circles amongst the Dr. Reddy’s employees to promote a culture of health

What You’ll Need

- At least five years of experience, and a bachelor’s degree; experience in organizing health & wellness events or similar events will be preferred

- Strong planning, project management, organizational and communication skill

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English

- Ability to communicate persuasively with stakeholders and business partners

- Ability to work independently to drive and manage programmes across multiple locations/business units.

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing needs
