Job Description
We are looking for dedicated facilitators to conduct our workshops in different parts of Mumbai on weekends. If you think you will be great at working with kids and can make learning fun for them, this is the place for you.Responsibilities
- Conduct various expeditions regularly in your neighbourhood. Travel to different parts of Mumbai might also be required occasionally.
- Reflect on the sessions and document the observations.
- Come up with improved ways to conduct the sessions
- Help with publicity and marketing in your area and groups
- Experience with coding, design, any type of arts, engineering or science is great to have.
- Enthusiasm and patience to work with kids on a regular basis. Ability to joke, laugh and have fun with kids.
- Open to getting out of your comfort zone and quick to learn new things all the time
- Willing to be a peer to the learners and open to learning from kids in return
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently

- You should be able to devote at least 3-4 hours on weekends consistently. Please notethat this is not a work-from-home position.
- We are willing to schedule workshops in your locality as much as possible so that commute is minimised for you. But occasional travel to other parts of Mumbai will be required for which you will be given a suitable allowance.
