Job Description
- Sending to Clients details of daily dispatch of Articles through Speed Post –BNPL Vikrant
- Downloading of delivery/ RTO details from Speed Post site and mapping the same through vlookup to dispatch details
- Sending this delivery and RTO details to Individual Clients
- Sending the RTO documents to individual Clients
- Followup with India Post for receipt of all RTO documents .
- Followup with India Post for any documents which are still shown as Intransit for more than 10 days
- Resolving Client issues
