Our culture code is defined by our values and are made real every day by defining expectations for how we work and how we lead.Role OverviewResponsible for providing telephone/email/chat, online, social media and remote diagnostic technical support of desktops, portables, peripherals (e.g., printers, projectors, etc.) and softwareRole ResponsibilitiesResponsible for providing diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration,performance, and usage of assigned products
Diagnosis & resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting.
Verifies warranty entitlement and determines appropriate action.
Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation. Provides basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting services.
Candidate Requirements:
Should be flexible to work in night shifts.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Should have good technical knowledge
2 way transport provided
Educational Qualifications:
Any graduates/ post graduates are eligible to apply withminimum 6 months to maximum 39 months of work experience.
Any 10+2,10+3 with 12 months international calling experience /24 months domestic calling experience may apply (Mandatory).
