Job Description

Key Responsibilities -

  • Counselling Hot Digital leads (already primed by Presales/Tele-calling team) to pitch home loan products & ensure its closure centrally without any branch involvement
  • Ensure sanctions by logging the case in the system with complete case details & following up with credit & property team
  • Clearly and effectively communicating products to prospects
  • Evaluating creditworthiness & eligibility of a customer centrally without physically meeting the customers
  • Cross Department Coordination to ensure quick loan sanction & adherence to predefined TAT
  • Gathering feedbacks for consumer insights
  • Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis
  • Regularly creating MIS for sanctioned & pipelines cases


  • Must have Competencies
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal) in English along with either of the following languages: Tamil/Kannada/Telugu
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Strong knowledge of MIS Reporting)
  • Personal Attributes: Good interpersonal skills, self- motivated, persuasive, energetic, persistence, ambitious, keen learner, ability to perform under pressure, Creative
  • Languages Known (mandatory): English & either 1 of Tamil/Kannada/Telugu
  • Education: Graduate (with a good academic track record)
  • Experience: 1 year & above in HFFC sales
  • Willingness to experiment & challenge the status quo
  • Desirable competencies
  • 2+ years of experience in HFFC sales.
