Job Description
- Counselling Hot Digital leads (already primed by Presales/Tele-calling team) to pitch home loan products & ensure its closure centrally without any branch involvement
- Ensure sanctions by logging the case in the system with complete case details & following up with credit & property team
- Clearly and effectively communicating products to prospects
- Evaluating creditworthiness & eligibility of a customer centrally without physically meeting the customers
- Cross Department Coordination to ensure quick loan sanction & adherence to predefined TAT
- Gathering feedbacks for consumer insights
- Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis
- Regularly creating MIS for sanctioned & pipelines cases
- Must have Competencies
- Excellent communication skills (verbal) in English along with either of the following languages: Tamil/Kannada/Telugu
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Strong knowledge of MIS Reporting)
- Personal Attributes: Good interpersonal skills,
