• Experience with issue-tracking and waterfall/agile project management systems such as ALM, JIRA, Rally, etc.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.

• Identifies opportunities for innovation and offers new ideas. Takes the initiative to experiment with new software frameworks
• Knowledge of various testing types such as black box testing, security testing, system testing, unit testing and related automation techniques and toolsets

Demonstrate expertise in SAP domain and functional areas
Apply various testing types and methodologies effectively during SDLC
Determine testing best practices and principals and promotes them across the organization
Lead impact assessment and decision related to testing plan and strategy for multiple projects and releases.
Take ownership of tasks and deliver without supervision while using their discretion to seek help when necessary
Develop and enhance existing automated tests to improve test coverage
Work independently and delivers testing and use case creation which meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project.
Demonstrate expert level skills in collaborating with different stakeholders, influencing decisions and an ability to take strategic view.
Collaborate with development team in bugs fixing and build plans
Collaborate with Quality Testers in creating test plans
Implement and configures testing tools and helps other staff
