JOB DESCRIPTION : Trip BuilderTasks:Coordination- Complete requests received by ticket via GESTSUP in a timely manner- Understand the request and seek additional technical information relevant to the traveler and sales agents(services, BAR sales price with or without commission, types of bedrooms)- Prioritize and organize tasks according to the type of request (urgent, renewal, creation, check, update)Operations- Search for required information on the official suppliers' websites or contracts with French Side Travel- Locate the service provider geographically- Identify the provider's payment and cancellation terms- Use google sheets, spreadsheets to break down the purchasing prices and deduct the commission from public prices as necessary (Bar Rate)- Accurately calculate quotes taking into account the following: per room, per person, per group, single supplement, triple reduction, children reduction etc…)- Search for and identify royalty-free photos.
