- Bachelor's degree or MBA. Green Belt / Black belt certified individuals
- Computer science, economics, finance, or accounting
- Effective communication and strong collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, training, and troubleshooting skills; ability to evaluate and manage client business needs
