Only Bangalore based candidated to apply.1.The person shall have the designation of “Training Manager”, will be a part of The Company’s Operations Team and shall discharge the duties, which will be in the scope of his/her work.

2.The person shall be in full time employment of the Company. The normal daily working hours shall be 9 am to 5 pm. However, to accommodate a client/ open workshops the said hours need to be flexible on a need basis. The hours are flexible to the extent the deliverables agreed are met.

3.The job responsibilities shall broadly include:

a.As Training Manager, the person is required to be physically present at all trainings of Marg at workshop venues as well as client location in Bangalore, other cities in India or abroad

ii. He/she is required to support the trainer/facilitator /coach/participants in all matters- logistics and otherwise relating to training
iii. He/she shall act as the observer in the training sessions and revert to Marg team with feedback on the trainer /client/participants and the training session and work with the Marg team towards the improvement of the same
b.Training Support – Material in charge
i. On fixation oftraining date
a.Ensure that the Training material, feedback forms etc.reach the client/trainer by either carrying the same to the training programs or dispatch to client/ trainer as deemed necessary
b.Collect the feedback forms post session and deposit for analysis
c.Input in the training feedback process both in terms of
d.Prepare a score for individual trainers
e.For workshops be responsible for pre training (pre work submission, certifictaes etc) process and post training formalities as well (thank you mails etc)

c.Other Tasks shall include
i. Maintaining trainer pipeline- help in searching for suitable trainers from time to time by looking for profiles from various sources, fix interviews, bein charge of the appointment process (NDA, profile making etc.) and appoint trainers
ii. Trainer Management – Be a part of the trainer selection process for trainings and assist the BD team in closing a deal
iii. Assist BD team in closing calls with clients
iv. Work very closely with rest of Operations team for all trainings and have a clear split of responsibility
v. Help the Margteam in matters relating to clients, office and training, as and when assigned
a.Office upkeep – Is primarily responsible for upkeep of the office facility for the efficie working of all the employees and shall do all things necessary for a healthy and hygienic office environment

b.In house training
i. Initiate coordination among trainer, client representative and BD team and send appropriate mails capturing all training details to the said parties
ii. Get Training material, feedback forms etc. printed, make ready for the same to be carried/dispatched by training manager
iii. Arrange venue if required
c.Open Workshops
i. Fix venue as per calendar in the relevant locations well in advance
ii. Ensure venue is compatible to workshop training
iii. Pack relevant materials and dispatch to location
iv. If venue is other than Bangalore arrange for facilitator and training manager travel and accommodation

d.Other Tasks shall include
i. Vendor Registration for Marg – Initiate the new vendor registration process with clients
ii. Vendor Management – this role is the face of Marg to all vendors including printers, office maintenance, courier, hotels
iii. Be responsible of import of all materials and the import process documentation
iv. Invoicing - Printing invoices , getting it signed by authorized signatory and dispatch to location
v. Payments – Shall have primary responsibility for payment process (trainers and nin trainers ) and foreign exchange payments as well and liaise with external accounting team for all statutory payments as well
vi. Appointment process of trainers – NDA sign up and maintaining /refreshing at regular intervals
vii. Work very closely with training manager for all trainings and have a clear split of responsibility
viii.Bein charge of petty cash, all feedback forms, training modules and all material inventory
ix. Help the Margteam in matters relating to clients, office and training, as and when assigned
