We are looking for a Business Relationship Executive (Tele-Marketing Executive Skills) to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. We’ll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image. In this role, you will be responsible for TELE-CALLING clients, educating them about our Events (www.retailjewellerindiaawards.com) and (www.retailjewellerindiaforum.com) and Publishing Magazines (www.emag.retailjewellerindia.com), and websites (www.retailjewellerindia.com) (www.theretailjeweller.com) andguiding them to make the best decisions. You’ll also play a key part in generating new business by identifying opportunities for potential sales.

· Building positive relationships with customers via Tele-Marketing / Whatsapp / Email Interactions
· Assisting with generating new business· Identifying opportunities for greater profits· Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them· Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships· Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively· Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team· Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes· Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts· Approach potential customers to establish relationships· Gain solid knowledge of competitorsRequirements
· Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services.
· 3+ years of experience in a tele-sales or customer service role.· Outgoing and customer-oriented attitude.· Problem-solving attitude· Excellent communication skills· Aptitude for fostering positive relationships· Teamwork and leadership skills· Customer-oriented mindset· Graduate / Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or related field.
