- Design and implement flexible, robust and scalable architecture patterns based on current and emerging technology trends.
- Design and implement best practices / processes for various phases of product development cycle.
- Lay the foundation for the next phase of the product.
- Analyze business specifications to create high level / low level design.
- Develop code that is modular, robust and extensible.
- Mentor and lead the team in technical and product development capabilities.

- Engineering Degree with around 10-20 years of experience
- High proficiency with Core Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate
- Well versed with technologies such as MySQL, Apache, Tomcat
- Well versed with developing applications for AWS Cloud Infrastructure
- Experience in Service Oriented Architecture and Object Oriented Design
- Experience with automated testing such as JUnit, FlexUnit
- Exposure to front end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular framework will be a Plus
- Exposure to micro services architecture will be a plus
- Exposure to CICD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) will be a plus
- Has worked in an agile development environment
- Effective Interpersonal, People Development & Communication Skills
- Work location will be Chennai. Work from home option and part-time option can be considered for deserving candidates from other locations.
