Skills and Experience :
- Lead a team of 2 to 5 developers to install, configure, customize and integrate our CLM solutions for customers across a broad range of industries, including aviation, aerospace manufacturing, healthcare, and financial
- Consult directly with customers to ensure project success, including:
- Understanding requirements
- Estimating project cost and timelines
- Managing deliverables
- Employ Agile/Test Driven Development (TDD) best practices:
- Write and test user stories
- Work with developers to break down user stories into tasks
- Write code to implement requirements in a TDD process
- Assess developer productivity against timelines
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and performance reviews for the developers on your team
Technical Skill
- Java and J2EE
- Web Services, SOAP, RESTAPI
- Spring, Maven, SQL
- Experience: 12-14 years
