A Team Lead - Digital Marketing at Redwood is responsible for ensuring that all digital marketing strategies decided by the Data Science delivery and Management team of Redwood :
1 Graphic Design Associate
1 Client Relationship Associate
The Team Lead is responsible for monitoring all members of the team and ensuring that work assigned to them is carried out as per the project planScope of Work of a Team Lead - Digital Marketing at Redwood Algorithms:
- are implemented for Redwood’s clients
- follow quality standards mandated by Redwood
- are done within the timelines stipulated as per the Project Plan

The Team Lead is responsible for monitoring all members of the team and ensuring that work assigned to them is carried out as per the project planScope of Work of a Team Lead - Digital Marketing at Redwood Algorithms:

The Team Lead is responsible for monitoring all members of the team and ensuring that work assigned to them is carried out as per the project planScope of Work of a Team Lead - Digital Marketing at Redwood Algorithms:
2. Work is done as per the plan by the team members allocated to the project
3. Work done meets the objectives of the client
4. Work done satisfies quality requirements laid down by Redwood and the client
5. Work done is reviewed by the Digital Marketing Head
6. All work is deployed on the relevant Digital Marketing platforms of the client
7. Team members are sending regular updates on work done
8. Any escalations from the client are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
9. Regular updates on the progress of the work is given to the Management team at Redwood
10. A weekly and monthly progress report on work done is sent to the client11.In addition, the Team Lead is responsible for ensuring that for every client, the required team members are hired. However, all hires will be on Redwood Algorithms roles and will have a dotted line reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing.CompensationEvery Team Lead will be given responsibility for managing Digital Marketing activities of 5 clients.The teams assigned to these clients will need to be monitored and managed by the Team Lead.For managing 5 clients, the compensation structure is as follows:- INR 9000 per month - fixed compensation
- Bonus based on performance at the end of each quarterBonus will be decided based on the following:

The Team Lead is responsible for monitoring all members of the team and ensuring that work assigned to them is carried out as per the project planScope of Work of a Team Lead - Digital Marketing at Redwood Algorithms:
- Creation of a simple website on Squarespace.com (not all clients require websites to be made) incorporating all the elements required to bring out the website) Ensure the team member working on the website has the necessary guidance, support and information to complete the website
- Migrate the website to the client’s domain (only where websites are part of the scope)
- Prepare a Social Media Marketing plan for the client covering updating posts on Digital Platforms, creation of ads for advertising on Facebook, Instagram and Google ads, setting up of ads on the platforms mentioned
- Ensure that content required for posts/updates is prepared by the Social Media Marketing Associate and Design Intern for each month
- Review all content and designs to ensure it meets the requirements
- Get approval to post content on client’s Digital platforms
- Ensure Social Media Marketing Associate is updating metrics of engagement on Social Media platforms on a daily basis
- Create ads based on the data of segments to be targeted shared by the Data Science team. Ad creatives need to be made by the Social Media Marketing Associate along with the Graphic Design Intern
- Ensure all ad creatives and campaigns are reviewed by the Digital Marketing Head before deployment
- Optimize campaigns on Social Media based on results and insights from the Data Science team
- Ensure that the Client Relationship Associate communicates with the client frequently on progress of the project, clarifications, information required, delays etc
- Ensure that all aspects the weekly report and monthly report on work done is sent to the client by the Client Relationship Associate
- Send a daily, weekly and monthly update to the Management team of Redwood on the work done for each client
(Some clients may also have requirements like Newsletter creation etc which also falls under the Scope of work)

- Has the team received an unsolicited client delight or appreciation
- Has the Team Lead demonstrated initiative in coming up with and executing new ideas to improve the social media presence/augment the Digital Marketing strategies of Redwood which has resulted in benefit to the client and the company
- Above average proficiency in English - written and spoken
- Should have some experience in Digital or Social Media Marketing (a person with no experience but who demonstrates passion for the field or willingness to learn on their own will be considered)
- Should be driven and ambitious
- Must demonstrate initiative to do things
