JD Business Systems Developer -
- Oracle Fusion HCM As a Business Systems Developer, you will be working with a talented Oracle Fusion HCM technical team.
- You will work with business users from across the enterprise and around the world to leverage data to better serve customers and partners. You will be part of a global team of data specialists, using the latest tools and build technical solutions for HR teams on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
- On a daily basis, you will be working with business users from HR, HRIS, Employee Services, Payroll & Compensation and other teams to understand the business requirement.
- As part of an agile project team, you will do development work on user stories and support testing. You will be responsible for drive the resolution & troubleshooting of issues during development and post production support.

- Key skills you will require to have good understanding of modules like Core HR, Compensation, Extract, Absence Management, Goals and Performance Management and experience working with HR team.
