- Calling students and counseling them: These are mainly working professionals. We are looking at someone who is very detail-oriented and analytical in terms of their approach to counsel students. Any background in English training will be an advantage for this role.
- This role requires the counselor to talk to 50-70 students a day - This could be over a call / Whatsapp or email.
- Quick Learner and Tech Savvy - Should be able to understand and work on our CRM. Excel skills are an advantage too.
