Essential Responsibilities
- Be a hands-on, technical product manager for the Oracle ERP & GE Global Research Applications

Essential Responsibilities
- Be a hands-on, technical product manager for the Oracle ERP & GE Global Research Applications
- Drive technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs and company reference architecture
- Define execution plan and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and available budget/resources
- Facilitate convergence of functional and technical knowledge
- Work with globally located technical team often comprising of members of separate organizations to coordinate day-to-day execution as per outlined plan
- Ensure pre-defined project management processes and practices are followed. Drive simplification and improvement as necessary
- Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and inter-dependencies
- Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required
- Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project
- Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting
- Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and is matching stakeholder expectations
- Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected
- Ensure alignment with program goals and organization strategy.
Qualifications/Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance, or related discipline
- At least 5 years of successful project management experience
- Hands on technical experience in Oracle EBS, with R12/Fusion experience preferred
- Knowledge on Oracle financials, Project Accounting and Order Management
- Experience in Oracle implementations – OTR and Finance modules
- Domain expertise on Sourcing, Finance and OTR
- Exposure to Java based front-end and back-end technologies
- Strong business acumen and experience working across business functions
- Proven experience working directly with internal and external stakeholders, 3rd party vendors, consultants, and senior management
- Strong understanding of finance and sourcing business processes.
