This position would report to the Director, GRC Program to support the growth and maintenance of DELL’s enterprise Governance, Risk & Compliance program strategy and project roadmap. The role will liaison with Finance, Supply Chain, Compliance, Product Security, Audit, Information Security, Legal, IT and various other business unit professionals to assist Senior Management with the successful implementation of GRC risk management activities.The GRC Developer is a member of the DELL GRC Program Office group reporting into DELL Global Audit & Transformation (GAT) organization that supports the DELL RSA Archer system. A working knowledge of RSA Archer is required to manage all aspects of the GRC roadmap delivery. This role is responsible for the overall day to day management of two or more concurrent GRC projects. ​

Key Responsibilities
· Liaison with DELL business teams to evaluate and document business requirements for GRC project roadmap and interpret business process requirements into technical requirements, designs, and architectures.· Configuration of the RSA Archer platform (6.1 or higher) including: layout, workflow, reporting, notifications, questionnaires, access control, packaging, etc.· Participate in functional and technical team meetings and is responsible for GRC project estimation, planning, technical designs, and the program delivery schedule. Must fully understand how to use and implement business requirements within the RSA Archer eGRC platform.
Essential Requirements
· Maintain and execute a working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques; develop and support project plan activities.· Ensure timely and successful implementation of new system or system enhancements.· Support the goals and objectives set forth by DELL GRC Program office.· Identify, engage, and with business teams to understand technical requirements.· Support architecture and development teams through issue management, conflict resolution, resource management, estimating coordination, and corrective action planning.· Communicate with Lead Archer developer & Archer architect on development activities.· Assist the lead Archer architect in configuring technical solutions to business problems by coordinating activities of technical teams.· Coordinate with GRC program office management to ensure effective delivery of projects tasks, deliverables, and milestones on time on budget and within specification and or agreed upon program scope.· Organizes and delivers GRC project communications of progress, risks and decisions to stakeholders.· Educates business stakeholders on appropriate GRC solutions as directed. Has the ability to influence decision-makers to maintain progress and priorities. Communicates delivery status, issue management and resolution.​
Desirable Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.· Strong analytical, research and problem solving skills with a keen attention to detail· Strong written, verbal communication skills and ability to prioritize projects & deliverables· Self-motivated, organized and works in a team environment· Ability to multi-task and to work in a fast-paced environment· Demonstrated ability and experience in developing improvements/changes to systems and processes in order to improve customer satisfaction.· Background in Process Design and Business Requirements documentation or System Requirements documentation.· Ability to effectively balance multiple projects.· Excellent oral and written communication skills required. This includes an intense focus on facilitation and effective meeting management skills.· Excellent analytical and presentation PC skills and ability to work with larger team.
