- Build and manage a highly motivated and high-performance team, fostering growth, accountability, innovation, and collaboration
- Drive the direction and the execution of quality assurance of cloud based security platform
- Manage and deliver releases on time using Agile software development methodology
- Collaborate with product managers and development teams on product requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to deliver an end-to-end solution to customers
- Work with Tech Leads and across teams to drive technical roadmap
- Manage customer bugs and escalations
- Write performance reviews and work with direct reports on their career development plans
- Implement and drive test. case development and test automation best practices throughout the organization
- Work with agile team to deliver test coverage for acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with team members on testing activities and estimation for test efforts.
- Automate the test scenarios and contribute in CI/CD pipeline.
- Experience with integration and API-based testing.
- Create dynamic testbeds quickly based on the product /customer requirements.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills while reporting issues and tracking them.
- Solve complex engineering problems in testing and test tools development

- Equip organizations with the right tools to configure access, manage and enforce compliance with a holistic view on network, users and usage.

- MS or B.S. degree in Computer Scienceor equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years of experience in managing and building teams, delivering quality features and project management
- Automation skills in Python or Perl and tools like Selenium for web service testing.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SSL/TLS,PKI,encryption, REST API.
- Understandingof authentication protocols RADIUS, LDAP, SAML, AD, Kerberos.
- Knowledge of security protocols for IPSEC-VPN, SSL-VPN.
- Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, Stash, Git, Jenkins.
- Good understanding of Kubernetes clustering and cloud technologies is a plus
- Excellent skills in debugging, problem diagnosis, creative problem solving.
- Excellent collaboration and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Experience with virtualization, containers, AWS/Azure a bonus.
- Proven ability to be productive and flexible in a fast-moving, geographic-diverse environment
