- Maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Implement best practice engineering methods
- Providing technical guidance to engineering teams and top management
- Supporting established organizational objectives by developing goals and strategies
- Finding and implementing ways to improve cost-efficiency
- 15+ years of experience in software product development.
- At least 5+ years of managerial experience
- Technical expertise in managing cloud-based enterprise products and experience in Core Java, Spring boot and Kafka

- Able to solve challenging staffing situations through efficient use of contactors
- Up-to-date knowledge of the industry
