Job Description

At Uniphore, we are looking for someone who can work within Product Engineering Team, your mission will be to play an active role in the development and completion of projects, meet and report back to upper management, plan and monitor work schedules and work with multiple and diverse teams.

In a typical day, what you will do (The primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):
  • Reporting to top management
  • Maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Implement best practice engineering methods
  • Providing technical guidance to engineering teams and top management
  • Supporting established organizational objectives by developing goals and strategies
  • Finding and implementing ways to improve cost-efficiency
What you need to have:
  • 15+ years of experience in software product development.
  • At least 5+ years of managerial experience
  • Technical expertise in managing cloud-based enterprise products and experience in Core Java, Spring boot and Kafka

  • Experience in mid-senior level hiring and strong candidate interviewing skills
  • Able to solve challenging staffing situations through efficient use of contactors
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the industry
