Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Analysing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs
  • Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients
  • Research accounts identify key players and generate interest
  • Update day to day task on CRM

Key Skills required

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialling required number of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Graduates/Post Graduates
  • 2 to 5 years of prior experience in sales
  • Consultative/Solutions selling experience (To engage with Corporate clientele that too at Sr management, CxO level).
  • Understanding of recruitment ecosystem, added advantage.
