- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Analysing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs
- Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients
- Research accounts identify key players and generate interest
- Update day to day task on CRM
Key Skills required
- Proven inside sales experience
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling required number of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Graduates/Post Graduates
- 2 to 5 years of prior experience in sales
- Consultative/Solutions selling experience (To engage with Corporate clientele that too at Sr management, CxO level).
- Understanding of recruitment ecosystem, added advantage.
