Job Description
• Own database support for software development & applications projects.
• Plan, schedule & implement upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Develop, implement and test backup and recovery.
• Monitor and tune databases and server capacity.Knowledge/Skills:
• Install and configure SQL Server (IaaS and PaaS) or InterSystem Cache in Microsoft Azure.
• Working knowledge of databases
• Ability to create, execute and reach project management deliverables, milestones, tasks, contingency plans, resources and communications.
• Exposure on Azure Migration, work on Tickets, Patching, upgrade, Azure knowledge
• Exposure on On-Prem + Azure SQL,
• Engineering activities- Automation, Performance Tuning, Azure Migrations, monitoring, etc
