§ Responsible for providing necessary information to guests regarding timings, services and facilities provided by the health club§ Responsible for all cashier functions such as printing, presentation and settlement of the guests bills§ Handling the cash float§ Responsible for all record-keeping such as list of current appointments, log book etc§ To attend phone calls and take appointments§ Provide assistance to the masseur, barber and beautician as and when required§ To supervise and take care of overall hygiene and cleanliness of the health club§ Proper utility of fitness center equipments§ To adhere to the appointments of guests§ To ensure total guest satisfaction§ To adhere to the standards and measures§ To implement the TBEM Processes§ To ensure that the stock of all utilities are available at all times§ Monitoring to T.B.E.M processes§ Implementing and monitoring ISC 14001 Environmental Management System, EMPs & O & Ts, OCPs and training of staffEnabling and adhere...
