Responsibilities and main dutiesBusiness, Partnership and Programme Development· Provide support within work process area by responding to routine queries and escalating where necessary.· Co-ordinate the activities of team providing a basic administrative, processing or support service to a project.· Support the administration of larger projects so that all information is kept up-to-date· Maintain systems, processes and documentation to ensure delivery and effectiveness of processes and procedures.· Maintain project administration, ensuring project control standards are met.· Coordinate activities of the team providing operational and processing support to a project.· Deliver projects activities and ensure that all information is kept up-to-date and co-ordinate on behalf of the project team· Liaise with delivery partners to ensure their project strands are delivered to the required standardsCustomers & Stakeholders· Communicate with partners / internal stakeholders to co-ordinate project delivery and to deal with day-to-day project delivery issues.Risk & Compliance· Identify inefficiencies in own work process area and provide recommendations for corrective action where appropriate.· Follow BC project procedures (project, financial and risk reporting) to ensure compliance with all systems and standardsAnalysis & Reporting· Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, undertaking periodic simple analysis of data.How to apply
