Job Description
- Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
- Responsible for bringing core business keywords in top results of Search Engines
- Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific
- Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, feeds, webmaster tools, etc) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on JobsForHer website
- Providing Recommendations on Website On-Page Standards & SEO Landing Pages
- Help to create and suppor

- Help to create and support marketing content to use for Off Page purposes (e.g. videos briefs, case studies, blog posts, etc.)
- Implement Link Building Campaigns & Off-Page Strategies in coordination with Website’s SEO goals
- Keep up-to-date with SEO, Search Engine, Website Guidelines, Standards and Internet Marketing industry trends, Algorithmic Changes and Developments
- Good knowledge in web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
- Communication to team and management on SEO development, timelines, and results
- Work closely with the other team members to meet SEO goals
- Any degree
- 1 – 3 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Passion for SEO On-Site/Off-Site and its Analysis
- Good in identifying and resolving SEO On-Site/Off-Site problems
- Attention to detail and Good in Multi-tasking
- Ability to clearly articulate and effectively facts, thoughts and points
- Excellent analytical, logical, SEO management and time management skills
- Experience with Competitive, Usability, Traffic, User Behavior & Website Analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as other related analysis & reporting tools
- Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc.)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS & Coding Standards up to the level that required for SEO Analysis
